YOHIMBINE HCL - THE BEST FRIEND YOU NEVER KNEW YOU NEEDED

First discovered by the Pygmies of West Africa, the yohimbe tree has been considered a nearly magical tree for centuries due to its dizzying array of awesome qualities.  As an aphrodisiac, mood enhancer, depression fighter, seasonal cold fighter, and fat loss agent, it seems like there is almost nothing yohimbe couldn’t do, save for perhaps wash your car.  That said, it’s gotten a bad rap over the years by alarmists in the media who claim it to be as dangerous as a depressed teenager with an assault rifle in a crowded high school cafeteria.

Yohimbine is the primary alkaloid in yohimbe and is known to Western medical science to be an Alpha-2 blocker, meaning it has all the qualities, though its use in treating things like leprosy and a cough are yet unsubstantiated.  α2-blockers are awesome for a variety of reasons- they increase adrenergic, dopaminergic, and serotonergic neurotransmitters (they give you energy and enhance your mood) and induce insulin secretion and decreases blood sugar levels (so you lose bodyfat and gain muscle).  Perhaps the coolest thing about α2-blockers is that α2-receptors inhibit lipolysis in fat cells, and α2-blockers prohibit that. That means they increase lipolysis, but the news gets even better- that stubborn fat that refuses to come off your lower back or hips? The reason for that is that those fat cells have higher-than-normal amounts of those receptors… which means taking an α2-blocker like yohimbine HCL gets that fat to finally move.

As for dosing, the literature is specific- you just dose it as follows, based on your goals.

For erectile dysfunction: scientists recommend 5.4 mg orally 3 times a day on an empty stomach (the effects of yohimbine are reduced or eliminated if taken with food). If side effects like jitteriness, cold sweats, racing heart, etc occur, reduce the dosage to 2.7 mg orally 3 times a day and increase gradually up to 5.4 mg orally 3 times a day.

For fat loss: the dose is higher, but the frequency is lower.  For a 150 lb. person, two daily doses of 7mg on an empty stomach will elicit significant fat loss.  At 200lbs, two doses of 9mg, and for a 250lb person, two doses of 11mg. This dosage will lead to insane fat loss- in one study on elite male soccer players, they lost an average of 2.2% bodyfat in 21 days without changing their diet or exercise.

In short, you’ll be harder above and below the belt if you hop on the yohimbine train asap.  There’s no reason not to, unless you love your dad/mom bod and the type of libido that would make a Puritan pleased with your lack of sexual performance.
