  • fix your squat, deadlift, bench press, and overhead presses.  He looks for shit no one else does and will resolve issues you didn't even know you had.
  • design programs for your specific needs, based on your strength and weaknesses.  Each program is custom built for the individual, so you're not paying for some other asshole's cookie cutter program.
  • teach you how to test your limits so that you can take off the training wheels and go it alone at some point.  There's no point in paying for coaching if you never figure out how to train yourself.
  • diet.  This is the most underrated and oft-ignored aspect of strength sports, and it could be the key to what you're missing.
