  • You must first email and include your name, order number, order date, contact information, reason for wanting to return and any other information you may be asked to provide pertaining to the order or return.
  • Return the item(s) within 30 days of purchase
  • The item(s) must be unused, unopened, undamaged and returned in the same condition as they left our warehouse in.


  • We have a very high success rate shipping internationally.
  • Nearly 99% packages shipped internationally are successfully delivered, but we DO NOT GUARANTEE delivery. In purchasing from you are accepting responsibility for your package once it is shipped. 
  • Shipping Calculations- shipping is calculated through the site dependant on location, weight and type/speed of shipping.

We can ship to any country in the world upon request AND upon approved payment. In some international countries the only form of payment accepted is a Bank Wire Transfer or Crypto Currency.

Please understand that you are agreeing to our terms and conditions in purchasing. 

  • We recommend when placing an order of a large quantity of items that you split the order up into multiple orders of smaller quantities.  Additionally, we recommend you check your country’s tax code to ascertain if you will be subject to an import tax.
  • We are not responsible for any taxes in your home country. Chaos and Pain does not pay consumers import taxes.


Each country has different laws and regulations about buying products from other countries. Before you place your order, please be sure of your local customs laws concerning the shipment of dietary supplements. It is your responsibility to know what is legal in your country and what is not. We will always ship discreetly and in a way that will best help you receive your order. 

We cannot be held responsible or accountable for any taxes, duties, tariffs, quarantine fees, or package warehousing fees assessed by your local customs office. These charges are separate from your shipping charge, and you will be billed directly from them.

No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office or not delivered unless returned to us. will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. Any duties or taxes that may apply are your responsibility; we of course will help you to the best of our knowledge. By ordering from our site, you are stating that you agree to our shipping policy and terms of condition.


Please make sure you provide your full shipping address (Country must be fully displayed), and phone number in English when ordering internationally. The phone number may be used by the USPS or to contact you, in case they have problems delivering your order.


  • Most countries do not scan packages for tracking, so you may only see tracking updates for when the package is in the USA.
  • First Class shipping takes approximately 30 business days for delivery to your country and then must clear customs.
  • Priority shipping take 6-10 business days to your country and then must clear customs. This is the best shipping option as hardly any packages have ever been seized that were shipped this way.
  • Delivery times are based on shipping with the assumption of no delays, if there are delays, packages may take a few additional weeks.
  • You may select overnight shipping but even then, your package may not be released to you by customs or the shipping provider. We are not responsible for delayed or held packages. No refunds are given in these cases.
